The dress is made from repurposed irrigation tubing and weed-whacking lines. My dad replaced the drip irrigation in his front yard and with the left-over material, I created this crinoline-inspired dress. I drilled holes in the tubing and secured each hoop with zip ties and electrical tape. The hoops are attached to each other by weed whacking line that is woven around each layer and secured with electrical tape. The bodice is made from smaller irrigation tubing and electrical tape
